Chef Nicola De Rosa

Graduated from the Nazareno School of Hotel Management in Termoli.
Experiences: after several work seasons throughout Europe, he worked as a Sous Chef and then as a Chef at Rosary (Termoli), Arcadia also in Termoli, and recently at Europa Hotel Restaurant in Isernia as an Executive Chef.

Quirino Liberatore

"The Director" for everyone.
Years of experience in various prestigious establishments throughout Europe and then in Italy.
He boasts an impressive curriculum and a career that has lasted for over 67 years, a guiding light for Events at Colle degli Ulivi.

Marco Liberatore

After a career as a Merchant, he decided to follow in his father's footsteps, always showing a love for the Hospitality & Service profession.
